FAQs:
Can I part exchange my car?
Yes you can part exchange your car with us. We have valuation experts who can assess your vehicle and give you a valuation within 15 minutes.
I have a private reg plate, can I transfer it to my new car?
Yes, you can. You simply have to put your private plate on retention, which is done on the DVLA website. This can take between 6 to 8 weeks with DVLA, because when you take your private plate off your part exchange, you have to wait until the log book of your new car is registered to your name (which usually takes 2 weeks), then you can register your private plate onto your new car.
I have outstanding finance on my part-exchange, what can I do?
You can either pay off the finance remaining on your vehicle with the finance company, or settle the remaining payment after the value of your part exchange has been deducted from the value of your new car.
Are you able to collect my part-exchange?
Yes, we can collect your part exchange vehicle from an address in mainland UK upon delivery of your new car from us.
